All characters, scenarios, and depictions in the Game are works of fiction. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. While the Game uses artificial intelligence (AI) in its creative process, all content involving AI is reviewed and refined by human creators. Therefore, no part of the Game is fully AI-generated.
All content in the Game, including but not limited to images, text, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of Not Another Adventurer or its licensors. This includes content created with the assistance of AI that has been modified by human creators. You may not use, distribute, or modify this content without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that we believe are harmful to the community or our business.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, functionality, or availability of the Game. Use the Game at your own risk.
In no event shall Not Another Adventurer or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Game after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
